About Us

The Dresden Village mixed-use project will complete the pedestrian-friendly retail and restaurant experience along Dresden Drive, connecting Brookhaven Village to the proposed Brookhaven Marta redevelopment.  The retail and restaurant mix will compliment the existing shops and restaurants by curating the right retailers to keep with the “village” feel that makes this area so unique. Features include:

  • Approx. 20,700 sq. ft. of boutique shops and local restaurants with outside patios managed by local operators, including the addition of Dixie Moon restaurant, owned and operated by Scott Serpas.
  • Pedestrian friendly streetscapes with wide sidewalks and interesting storefronts
  • 169 luxury multi-family apartment homes
  • 180 parking spaces for retail customers and the general public

The following plans and project renderings reflect the  efforts of Connolly and a group of dedicated community members that volunteered their time to contribute feedback and direction from the adjacent neighborhoods to help shape this project.  We held over 60 meetings in total with residents, City leaders and neighborhood advocates to obtain feedback and help shape the project.

Ten townhomes fronting Caldwell Road will provide a transition to the surrounding neighborhood.
